Multilingual Customer Service Agent

THE COMPANY:
We are an international company located in New York, London, Lisbon and Sydney providing world-class customer service and support to our high-fashion and luxury-goods clients in the e-commerce industry.

THE ROLE:
We are recruiting for multilingual customer service agents to join our International, enthusiastic and friendly Lisbon team.
Located on the glamorous Avenida da Liberdade in a newly refurbished, modern office building. Easy access by bus or Metro stations (Restauradores, Avenida, Rossio). You will be close to restaurants, park-cafés, shopping and popular areas such as Chiado and Bairro Alto.
Your duties will include:
– Handling interesting, complex and varied customer-related enquiries via phone and email
– Constantly delivering superior, world-class customer service to all loyal and VIP customers
– Communicating any escalated customer-related queries or issues with management
– Maintaining accurate customer contacts and records within our CRM system

REQUIREMENTS:
– You must be able to fluently speak, read and write in English (business/professional level) and be fluent in at least 2 of the following languages: Italian, French, Spanish, German, Russian **
– Must be capable of working efficiently as part of a motivated and energised team
– Must be able to multi-task and prioritise
– Must be reliable to fulfill shifts, and be flexible to help with overtime and/or any occasional weekend shifts (as needed)
